In this crucial role, you will be responsible for executing procurement strategies that align with project requirements and objectives. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure the procurement of high‑quality materials and services essential for our residential projects.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Conduct supplier assessments and market analysis to source competitive and quality offerings.
- Facilitate the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
- Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines, specifications, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Support ad‑hoc procurement initiatives and strategic projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
