Job Summary

In this pivotal role, you will strategically manage pre and post-contract commercial activities associated with high-profile projects within Qiddiya. Your expertise in procurement and contract management will ensure compliance, enhance project delivery, and maximize value for our stakeholders. You will work closely with various project teams to oversee performance, risk management, and compliance with contractual obligations.

As a leader in this position, you will be responsible for managing disputes, negotiating changes to contracts, and advising on contractual risks and opportunities. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders will be crucial for success.

  • Strategically set the Contracts / Commercial route map for the project / projects.
  • Oversee the post-contract management process, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage all interactions with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assess and advise on contractual risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract variations and manage change control processes.
  • Develop and implement post-contract management policies and procedures to enhance project delivery.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
  • Manage dispute resolution and claims processes effectively.
  • Provide leadership to the commercial team in executing post-contract strategies.
