Job summary
A leading automotive manufacturer in Jeddah is seeking an experienced General Manager – Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering. This role involves leading the setup and operational readiness of a new automotive manufacturing plant, overseeing engineering strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project execution, capacity planning, and implementing automation solutions. This position offers the opportunity to drive a culture of continuous improvement and achieve manufacturing excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading automotive manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering systems and standards.
- Expertise in automation and digitization in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of an automotive manufacturing facility.
- Oversee CAPEX planning and equipment procurement.
- Ensure engineering readiness and compliance with regulations.
- Introduce automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
