We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of electro-mechanical systems within the food processing or food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems across the production line
Ensure all machinery complies with food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting
Assist in commissioning of new equipment and process improvements
Maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance logs
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of PLC systems, automation, motors, and sensors
Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
