Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The TBA will gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring that delivered solutions meet both business objectives and technical feasibility. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solid technical background.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Analyze data flows, system integrations, and dependencies to support solution design.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements or process improvements.
• Support testing activities by validating test cases against requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs, system behavior, and data mapping.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and technical discussions.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) between IT and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a technical BA role.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create technical documentation (process maps, data flow diagrams, system specifications).
