A leading fintech company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Business Analyst to support their Agile Squad. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for mobile app features. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in the digital banking or fintech sector and be familiar with Agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in both English and Arabic are required. The ideal candidate will have experience creating user stories and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital banking or fintech.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
• Exposure to mobile app development lifecycle preferred.

Job description

Business Analyst will support the Agile Squad in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for mobile app features. He/She will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital banking / fintech / mobile app development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and user story creation.
• Exposure to mobile app development lifecycle and digital banking processes preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh
• Holds a valid, transferable Iqama

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Proficient in creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Critical thinking, initiative, and ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
