We are looking for a customer-facing IT Business Analyst to act as the primary bridge between our customers and delivery teams. The role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements, and ensuring solutions meet customer expectations - particularly across ITSM and Endpoint Management domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact with customers to understand business needs and objectives
  • Conduct onsite meetings and workshops to gather and clarify requirements from business and IT stakeholders
  • Analyze, document, and structure requirements, with a focus on ITSM and Endpoint Management solutions
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable inputs for technical and delivery teams
  • Validate requirements with customers to ensure alignment, clarity, and expectations
  • Support successful project delivery by ensuring solutions meet agreed business outcomes
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Exposure to ITSM and Endpoint Management solutions is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional technical teams
  • Willingness to attend onsite customer meetings when required
