The Business Analyst / Data Analyst supports the project by gathering and analyzing business requirements and data, transforming them into clear outputs that support decision-making and enhance execution quality. The role acts as a key link between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and successful achievement of project objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and relevant teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis between the current state and the target future state, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Document functional and technical requirements in a clear and structured manner.
  • Coordinate with development and implementation teams to translate requirements into practical, actionable solutions.
  • Analyze project-related data according to the approved scope of work.
  • Collect data from approved sources, organize it, and ensure its accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to reflect project progress and performance indicators.
  • Analyze results and provide insights and recommendations to support the project team.
  • Document analysis outputs in line with project requirements.
  • Adhere to the project plan and defined timelines
