Job summary

A consulting firm is looking for an experienced PMO Consultant/Manager to enhance the PMO practices for IT projects in Riyadh. The role requires managing project lifecycles and overseeing governance processes while ensuring alignment with IT strategy. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and fluency in Arabic and English. This is a 5-month engagement offering an opportunity to build a career in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing PMO functions within the IT industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operating and strengthening of the PMO function for IT initiatives.
  • Develop or enhance frameworks, standards, templates, governance models.
  • Maintain portfolio performance oversight, including dashboards and KPIs.
  • Facilitate risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple IT projects.
  • Conduct regular status updates and portfolio reviews.
