Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Workplace Technology Associate responsible for managing remote support for stores and HQ IT environments. You will handle onboarding new employees, and procurement management while maintaining hardware availability.

Qualifications

• Strong general IT knowledge with competencies in systems, security, and networking.
• Hands-on experience supporting complex IT environments.
• Proficient in device-management tools (WorkspaceOne, Ivanti) and Microsoft operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage and prioritize complex work.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote and in‑field support for stores and HQ end-user hardware and software activities.
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees and offboarding of leavers.
• Perform procurement management and maintain hardware stock availability.
• Support workstation hardware and software, including installation and troubleshooting.
