Job summary

Ultimate Peaks in Riyadh is seeking a WMS Supervisor to oversee daily administration, operation, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System, driving efficiency and data accuracy.

You will lead training, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with IT and logistics teams to integrate warehouse technology and ensure safety and accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong WMS expertise and hands-on RF scanners experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse technology and office productivity tools.
• Proven leadership, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration, operation, and maintenance of the WMS.
• Lead training, troubleshoot system issues, and manage IT infrastructure integration.

The WMS Supervisor oversees the daily administration, operation, technical support, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role drives operational efficiency, data accuracy, and continuous process improvements by leading training, troubleshooting system issues, managing IT infrastructure integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System (MIS), Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Technical Skills: Strong WMS expertise, hands-on experience with RF scanners, and proficiency in other Wearhouse technology Office.

• Soft Skills: Proven leadership, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.

• Core Competencies: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
