Job summary

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company in Riyadh is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee floor operations and the activities of all warehouse staff, ensuring accurate workflow and adherence to SOPs.

You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, conduct audits, manage inventory cycle counts, and address customer claims, with focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

• Manage inventory cycle counts and conduct audits to validate results.
• Handle customer claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee shift allocations and optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Organize training activities for warehouse staff.
• Ensure workflow and processes align with SOPs and procedures.
• Track staff timesheets and attendance.
• Establish procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.

Job description

• Floor supervising the functions and working of all warehouse workers and activities.

• Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of staff.

• Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures of working.

• Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of the same to validate results.

• Managing and following the customers claims to be resolved.

• Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff.

• Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers

• Ensuring the proper functioning workflow and processes of all warehouses as per the SOPS.

• Managing and following the timesheets of the staff.

• Establishes operational procedures for activities, like verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
