Job summary

The Recreation Attendant at Miraval The Red Sea supports the smooth operation of outdoor recreation and pool areas, ensuring guest-ready spaces with attentive service aligned to Miraval’s wellness philosophy.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining cleanliness and safety, assisting with equipment, and coordinating with Spa, Fitness, and Guest Services to deliver a serene hospitality experience in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, spa, recreation, or wellness preferred.
• Basic understanding of fitness equipment and pool operations.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in wellness areas and provide towels, water, and light equipment support.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of pools, fitness spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Set up pool loungers, umbrellas, and hydration stations throughout the day.
• Report any issues related to pool water quality, furniture, lighting, or guest concerns to the Manager or teams.
• Coordinate with Fitness, Spa, Wellbeing, F&B and Guest Services for events.
