The position emphasizes exceptional guest communication, scheduling coordination, and a passion for mindful service within a luxury hospitality setting at the coastal retreat in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge, or wellness planning.
• Strong guest communication and schedule coordination skills.
• Familiarity with wellness concepts and spa or retreat environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel systems; MS Office and scheduling tools.
• English fluency; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with presence, warmth, and genuine care at every contact.
• Assist with arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs delivering anticipatory service.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls to understand guest needs and preferences.
• Curate personalized wellness itineraries aligned with guest intentions.
• Coordinate with wellness, spa, recreation, and culinary teams for meaningful schedules.
• Track guest itinerary flow using internal systems.
