Job summary

Key Talent Solutions in Riyadh seeks an experienced Welfare & Logistics Manager to lead gate passes, access control, and workforce welfare on a major construction project in Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee accommodation, transport, site logistics, and ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations and project requirements, working closely with HR, HSE, and security teams. Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in welfare, logistics, camp management or site administration.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects in KSA or GCC.
• Strong gate passes and access control management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Welfare & Logistics Manager to join a major construction project in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce welfare, accommodation, transportation, site logistics and, most importantly, all personnel and vehicle gate passes and site access requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of gate pass applications, approvals, renewals and access control for personnel and vehicles.
• Manage workforce accommodation, camp facilities and employee welfare services.
• Coordinate employee transportation between accommodation facilities and project sites.
• Oversee accommodation inspections, maintenance and welfare standards.
• Coordinate employee medical support and work closely with HR, HSE and security teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project requirements and Saudi regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in welfare, logistics, camp management or site administration within construction.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong, hands‑on experience managing gate passes and site access control is essential.
• Proven experience managing workforce accommodation and employee welfare.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, HR, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
