Job summary

ConFlip in Jeddah is seeking a creative Wedding Planner to design and coordinate weddings from venue selection to vendor management and day-of execution.

You will meet clients, manage budgets, timelines, guest lists, and logistics, while negotiating contracts and delivering memorable experiences. Fluent Hindi or other Indian language is an asset; willingness to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of current wedding trends, traditions, and customs in India is preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi or another Indian language is an asset.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
