Job summary

Hill International seeks Talent Pool – Infrastructure Design Manager to lead design delivery for Water, Roads and Utilities projects across the Middle East, ensuring alignment with client vision, technical standards, and project requirements.

You will manage multidisciplinary design teams, oversee design reviews and integration with construction and procurement, drive quality, and keep programs on schedule. PMP/CIOB/RICS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience on comprehensive mega projects.
• PMP, CIOB, RICS or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development across Water/Roads/Utilities with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure design quality, alignment with client vision, and compliance with standards.
• Manage design reviews, approvals, and integration with construction and procurement processes.
• Lead and mentor design staff and oversee project delivery timelines.
• Interface with client representatives and stakeholders to report progress and issues.
