Job summary

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee floor operations and ensure efficient performance of all warehouse staff. You will delegate tasks, set targets, monitor shift allocations, and enforce safety procedures in line with SOPs.

You will manage inventory cycle counts, conduct audits, resolve customer claims, and coordinate training. The role requires establishing operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and keeping warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory audits and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Floor supervising the functions and working of all warehouse workers and activities.
• Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of staff.
• Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures of working.
• Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of the same to validate results.
• Managing and following the customers claims to be resolved.
• Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff.
• Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers
• Ensuring the proper functioning workflow and processes of all warehouses as per the SOPS.
• Managing and following the timesheets of the staff.
• Establishes operational procedures for activities, like verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
