Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage warehouse and logistics operations within a healthcare environment. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient storage, distribution, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of warehousing and logistics processes while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient material flow
  • Develop and implement warehousing and logistics strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure optimal inventory management, storage practices, and space utilization
  • Oversee compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements related to pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
  • Manage warehouse setup, workflows, and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with ICT on system automation, digitization, and reporting solutions
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, costs, and operational performance
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring performance management and succession planning
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relative field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
Preferred
  • Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Materials Management
  • Experience managing pharmaceutical and medical supplies
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehousing best practices
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical storage and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia
