Job summary

Al-Qadsiah Club in Khobar, Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies while supporting cross‑functional teams.

You will handle inventory records, pick and pack orders, operate pallet jacks and hand trucks, and participate in cycle counts. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Update inventory systems for incoming/outgoing goods.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and other departments.
• Report damaged or missing goods to management promptly.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Overview

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the effective and accurate management of warehouse operations including receiving storing and distributing materials supplies and products This role ensures the warehouse operates efficiently safely and in compliance with all relevant company policies and standards

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and record incoming shipments of materials or products
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas according to company procedures
• Accurately pick pack and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery
• Update inventory management systems to reflect incoming and outgoing goods
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile stock differences
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
• Ensure compliance with health safety and security policies and procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Coordinate with procurement logistics and other departments as needed
• Report damaged or missing goods to management in a timely manner
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
