Job summary

Ninja is seeking an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to manage replenishment activities in the warehouse, ensuring stock flow from bulk storage to picking locations and maintaining high product availability. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and prepare KPI reports for management.

The role requires 2–5 years in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners, and proven leadership in fast-paced retail or FMCG environments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience (Retail or FMCG preferred).
• Experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.
