Job summary

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee RSSE’s warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control and distribution of equipment and assets across its sports, marine, and recreation portfolio.

You will lead warehouse staff, maintain accuracy in records, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years in warehouse, stores, logistics, or inventory management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, recreation, or large-scale operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, issuing, transferring materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and standards.
• Organize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
• Monitor stock movements; ensure timely replenishment of critical items.
• Coordinate distribution across RSSE sites.
• Maintain inventory records; conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Track lifecycle of assets and spare parts; support forecasts with managers.
