Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience in the heavy equipment, cranes, or spare parts industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, accuracy, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize warehouse operations in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Receive materials, spare parts, and equipment and verify quantities and specifications against relevant documents.
• Record and monitor inventory movements, including receiving, issuing, and returns.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure appropriate storage of materials.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Prepare and maintain inventory-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and occupational health procedures.
