Petrolube Oil Company is seeking a warehouse professional in Jeddah to manage the receipt, storage, and issuing of finished products and purchased items. You will coordinate transportation and control related costs, providing direction to forklift drivers, checkers and laborers while ensuring SOP compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and issues finished and imported products in accordance with production data and shipping orders.
• Implements work procedures on receipt, storage, handling and shipping of products and ensure safety measures.
• Maintains layout and security of storerooms and warehouse to prevent loss or damage and optimizes space usage.
• Receive, store and issue filters and gift items according to instructions.
• Ensures delivery to Petrolube Express stations within 7 days from order date.
• Arranges storage of finished and imported products to facilitate transport, handling, shipping and counting.
• Provides direction to forklift drivers, checkers and labors to maintain high performance.
• Prepares and ships customer orders according to shipping instructions.
• Prepares reports of damaged products and coordinates repacking/reprocessing with relevant departments.
• Responds to stock variations and ensures system quantity matches physical stock.
• Participates in monthly, quarterly and annual inventory report preparations.
• Maintains shipping documents and records transactions in the computer system.
• Ensures all DNs with customer acknowledgement are submitted to Sales per SLA.
• Monitors product shelf life and coordinates revalidation with Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor and lab.
• Keeps warehouse and surroundings clean and safe.
• Maintains employees’ monthly time sheet and overtime records with justifications.
