Job summary

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse/inventory/logistics, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. You will work onsite in Riyadh, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related field.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and product handling procedures.
• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and warehouse or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from the Production Department.
• Inspect and count products before storing them in the warehouse and ensure they are in good condition.
• Organize and store products according to approved warehouse procedures to ensure easy access and proper protection.
• Maintain accurate records of product movement and inventory.
• Prepare and process transfer requests for shipping products to the main branch in Riyadh.
• Prepare customer orders and coordinate with transportation companies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify that shipped quantities match invoices and delivery documents before dispatch.
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts.
