Job summary

SupportFinity™ in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to organize access for trucks and trailers and supervise loading and unloading operations.

You will monitor finished goods movements for accurate stock entries, conduct spot checks of inventory, ensure preservation of materials, maintain vehicles, and implement safety measures on site, reporting any discrepancies at month end.

• Organize the access of trucks and trailers for the loading bay
• Supervise truck loading and unloading
• Control finished goods movement to ensure accurate stock transactions and report discrepancies
• Prepare and submit all required reports at the end of the month
• Conduct spot checks of weekly material inventory and quarterly warehouse inventory
• Ensure material is preserved in good condition and vehicles are properly maintained
• Implement safety and security measures on the warehouse premises
