Job summary

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

You will ensure precise data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), verify shipment documentation and inventory movements, and collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve issues while maintaining safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

Handle daily warehouse operations and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. The Warehouse Team Leader also ensures accurate system transactions and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting operational efficiency and inventory accuracy

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Handle daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and monitor workflow during the shift.
  Ensure accurate data entry of operational transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  Verify shipment documentation and inventory movement records.
  Support inventory control activities, including cycle counting and stock verification.
  Ensure operational procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
  Monitor productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved.
  Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve operational issues.
  Report operational discrepancies, damages, or process deviations.
  Assist in training warehouse staff on operational procedures and system usage.
