Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Waiter is to provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, beverages, and clearing tables in a timely manner. The Waiter will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring that all surfaces are wiped down after each use. Additionally, he/she will ensure that all guests receive accurate information about menu items, including ingredients and nutrition facts. Other tasks include taking payment from customers, stocking supplies, setting tables with cutlery and condiments as needed. Finally, he/she will be responsible for helping with closing duties such as cleaning up leftover food from tables.
