Job summary

You will coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food service, uphold hygiene, and deliver courteous service in line with company policies.

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional and courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Set up and clear dining tables, trays, and service areas.
• Serve food and beverages according to company/service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide information about food and beverages.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure timely food service.
• Refill water, beverages, and other items as required.
• Handle crockery, glassware, cutlery, and serving equipment carefully.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Prepare the dining/service area before and after each meal or shift.
• Assist with room service or banquet/service duties when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow the company's grooming standards.
