Job summary

AlixPartners is seeking a Vice President for its Performance Improvement practice in Riyadh. The role leads multi-industry projects, delivering diagnostics, supply-chain optimisations, and financial modelling to create measurable value for clients.

You will travel across the GCC, partner with client teams, and report to a Director. The position is permanent, hybrid, and based in KAFD, Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of consulting experience in a top-tier international firm.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC and obtain Saudi work permits if needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of performance improvement projects.
• Perform operational diagnostics and supply-chain optimisation.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and build financial models to quantify impact.
• Support client decision-making with clear analyses.
