Foreground. seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead financial planning, project controls, reporting and governance across a large infrastructure organisation in Saudi Arabia.

The role drives funding, cost control and long-term investment planning for major capital programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with project directors, procurement and executive leadership, strengthen financial visibility across projects, and oversee audit processes and banking relationships.

Competenze

• The ideal candidate will have senior finance leadership experience within infrastructure, construction, or project-heavy environments.
• Strong exposure to project finance, cost control, and capital management is essential.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

The Role
