Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in land transport, logistics or related sector.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year growth and expansion strategy to strengthen market position.
• Lead business development, contracts, partnerships and market penetration.
• Own P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow.
• Drive digitalization, modernization, and use of fleet tech and automation.
• Build scalable org structures and a high-performance culture.
