Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 6+ years of marketing/communications experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong expertise in integrated marketing, PR, and digital channels.
• Advanced analytics capability and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the marketing and communications strategy with KPIs.
• Lead and develop the marketing team or agencies for performance.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns for brand awareness and demand.
• Own events strategy for trade shows and conferences.
• Direct PR, media outreach, and social media strategy.
• Lead market research and translate insights into plans.
• Establish analytics and reporting to show ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams on GTM.
