Job summary

You will act as the primary contact for replenishment with the goal of accurate, timely execution across planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, coordination with demand planning, logistics, and customer teams, and continuous improvement in stock availability and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2-4 yrs operational experience in order fulfillment or similar role.
• Experience with customer/supply chain environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, forecast and stock availability helps.
• Experience with VMI/CMI systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and advocate for VMI/CMI customers.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of replenishment processes.
• Leverage planning, forecasting, and replenishment techniques to optimize stock.
• Generate replenishment orders balancing inventory and service goals.
• Maintain inputs to inventory systems including lead times and new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to reduce distribution costs.
• Engage with customers to resolve stock replenishment issues.
