Job summary

ITP Media Group is a leading Middle East media company with brands like Time Out, Arabian Business, and Grazia. We are seeking a videography-focused producer to create reels, interviews, events, and series, while monitoring trends and delivering high-quality content for social platforms and internal use.

The role requires strong editing skills, cinematography knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple projects with flexible hours. English proficiency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce video content for reels, interviews, events, vlogs, behind the scenes, and series.
• Monitor industry and social media trends to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Edit high-quality, engaging video content for social media and internal use.
• Apply cinematography and lighting knowledge; food videography experience is a plus.
• Track filming schedules and manage production equipment before/after shoots.
• Plan, edit, and script using Adobe tools; ensure footage is organized and labeled.

Job description

ITP Media Group is one of the Middle East’s leading media companies, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. Pre-Production / Post-Production Requirements:

• Video production of reels, interviews, events, vlogs, behind the scenes, and series
• Monitor all industry and social media trends in order to produce highest quality of video that our audience will find interesting and useful
• Ability to edit high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) along with longer form videos for internal use and events
• Expert understanding of cinematography and lighting. Experience in food videography is preferable
• Monitor and track the filming process and schedules
• Familiarity with production equipment such as professional cameras (Canon Mark 4 and EOSR, Sony FX3, CR5 or similar) and audio equipment (Shotgun mics, lapel mics) for preproduction/planning, in-studio and field production, lighting/grip experience
• Understanding of Adobe softwares used for planning, editing and scripting
• Ability to be creative and dynamic when editing footage in post-production
• Operate and manage equipment before and after every shoot; keep all equipment in good working order

General Requirements:

• Valid driving license
• Passionate about videography and creating digital content
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and external individuals/groups
• Work closely with Group Video Editor to ensure footage is captured, delivered on-time and clearly organized and labelled
• Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
• Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
• Multitasking skills for working across multiple projects at once
• Strong time management skills and the ability to be self–directed because of the hours being flexible - morning and night shoots
• Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours, if needed
• English proficiency; Arabic is a plus

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro; Adobe After Effects is a plus
