Job summary

Tamer Healthcare in Medina seeks a field sales representative to visit customers and drive distribution and display volume on assigned routes, focusing on grocery, pharmacies, and restaurant channels.

You will ensure timely cash deposits, tagging of prices, and adherence to company guidelines. Duties include FEFO replenishment, stock accuracy, and monitoring competitors while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and proper use of assets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales objectives by category SKU and customer-based plan.
• Ensure distribution and coverage objectives per journey plan.
• Deploy POSM as per standards and company guidelines.
• Tag all goods with clear pricing at customers outlets.
• Deposit daily sales collections to company accounts with receipts; inform supervisor if cashier unavailable.
• Adhere to company policy on damages and expiry products.
• Maintain accuracy of stock quantities and expiry dates in system.
• Implement FEFO replenishment plan.
• Distribute outlets as per company priority and customer locations.
• Keep goods in secure, healthy, and clean condition in van and at customers’ premises.
• Use company assets properly.
• No returns on expiry or damaged goods without written agreement from distribution manager or finance.

Job Purpose

Visit Sell and distribute Deliver & Display volume to assigned customers route according to business & customers channel Grocery minimarket stores Pharmacies Companies and restaurants coverage and display targets within the outlets Collect & follows journey plan

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve daily monthly & annual sales objectives by category SKU and customers based plan
• Responsible for achieving distribution & coverage objectives for assigned journey plan
• Responsible for deploying the POSM as per standards and company guidelines
• Responsible for tagging all the goods with clear pricing at customers outlets
• Responsible for depositing all amount of daily sales collection to company accounting cashier maximum on next working day with day closing receipt in case the casher Is not available sales supervisor and credit controller must be informed to take the needed actions
• Adhere to company policy on damages and expiry products
• Responsible of the accuracy of actual stock quantity per item and expiry dates is matching the system stock inventory for all times
• Responsible for implementing FEFO replenishment plan

• Responsible of ensuring vehicle Refrigerator air condition is working fine & to keep product in good condition & sellable situation
• Responsible for providing all the needed accurate data and requirements for the new customers
• Responsible to have good look all the time in the company and market
• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management
