Job summary

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) in Saudi Arabia seeks a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead the field sales team, drive replenishment targets, and strengthen distributor and customer relations across the Ta'if area. You will optimize daily routes, ensure product availability and fresh stock, uphold shelf life standards, and mentor staff while enforcing company policies.

Fluency in English/Arabic preferred; minimum 5 years van sales or 2 years similar experience required.

Qualifications

• Educational level: minimum high school diploma or certificate.
• Diploma or vocational degree in business, marketing or finance.
• Minimum 5 years van sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and people management abilities.
• Fluent or working knowledge of English and Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the sales team to meet targets within costs and parameters.
• Manage replenishment and shelf life at points of sale.
• Execute agreements with Modern Trade / Wholesale customers.
• Plan daily routes to maximize productivity with the team.
• Monitor inventory and carryover in sales vehicles and take action.
• Lead endorsements with the sales team and report progress.
