Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, engineering, mechatronics or related field.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial environments.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with utility systems in FMCG, food, or manufacturing industries.

Aufgaben

• Ensure continuous operation of all utility systems supporting operations.
• Monitor utility performance and capacity utilization.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and utility-related interventions.
• Develop and execute utility preventive maintenance plans.
• Lead troubleshooting and recovery of utility breakdowns (RCA).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS/EAM and report KPIs.
