Job summary

Indra Group in Riyadh is seeking an IT Technician to support our Mobility project infrastructure. You will manage hardware, software, and networks to ensure system continuity and optimal performance for urban transit operations.

Reporting to the local project team, you will install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IT environments, while maintaining documentation and providing user support both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support or technical operations experience.
• Solid networking knowledge (IP addressing, routing, switching).
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows 10 administration.
• Experience with Linux and VMware administration, including Oracle VM.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and applications.
• Monitor IT systems, networks, and virtualized environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
• Support deployment of new applications and system enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Provide on-site and remote user assistance.
• Manage user accounts and access configurations.
• Perform functional testing of software and test case procedures.
• Conduct safety checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
