Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in landscape BIM modeling for urban or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of hardscape, softscape, and street furniture design principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for landscape elements.
• Coordinate landscape models with utilities, lighting, drainage, and MEP systems.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models.
