Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Arabic, English translation, or related international language fields.
• Strong written translation and real-time interpretation skills.
• Familiar with business, engineering, and foreign trade terminology.
• Experience in translation at Chinese enterprises in the Middle East preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with government and enterprise counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation: deliver real-time interpretation during meetings, on-site coordination, government visits, conferences, inspections, and professional settings.
• Translation: translate contracts, technical documents, business materials, government correspondence, emails, and internal policies between Chinese, English, and Arabic.
• Local Coordination Support: assist daily communication with local government departments, partners, suppliers, and staff.
• Document Organization and Archiving: maintain translation ledger and archive records.
• Meeting Support: handle pre-meeting translation, real-time interpretation, and post-meeting minutes.
• Language Support: assist staff with daily foreign language communication and form filling.
• Complete other translation and international affairs support tasks.
