Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Translator for its Riyadh office to translate and edit business presentations, proposals, and texts on topics like market studies, strategy, and HR. You will work under the Translation Team Lead and may occasionally work at the client site.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in translation and 2+ years of translation experience in a professional setting, with strong Arabic language skills and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in translation.
• 2+ years translation experience (EN-AR/AR-EN) in a professional setting.
• Strong Arabic syntax, grammar, and semantics.
• Ability to translate up to 2,000 words per day with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Translate and edit business, commercial, and selected legal documents clearly and accurately to high quality.
• Produce written translations English↔Arabic within tight deadlines.
• Format changes using MS PowerPoint and Word.
• Proofread and edit final translations for grammar and style.
• Attend client meetings to discuss translation projects.
