M.Y. Naghi Motors in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Treasury Officer to oversee banking operations across the group. This role covers bank account administration, KYC compliance, online banking access, and maintaining accurate records and signatories to support financial control.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 1–2 years in treasury or finance. Strong Excel, ERP/TMS familiarity, and precise, confidential work practices are essential to ensure timely

Formación

• Experience in treasury or finance with knowledge of banking operations.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency.
• Understanding of bank processes, fund transfers, online banking, and documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP/TMS is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Responsabilidades

• Manage opening, modification, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts across group entities.
• Maintain accurate bank account records, mandates, authorized signatories, and banking documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain bank KYC requirements and timely submissions.
• Manage corporate online banking access, user creation, amendments, and deactivation.
• Maintain the BG register and monitor issuances, renewals, expiry, and release.
• Coordinate with banks, Relationship Managers, and signatories to complete banking needs.
• Maintain audit-ready treasury and banking records.
• Monitor pending banking requests, KYC renewals, BG expiries, and deadlines.
• Prepare banking administration reports and trackers for Treasury management.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
