Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash positions, liquidity, and funding needs. The role requires strong banking relationship management and coordination with Finance, Procurement, and PMO across telecom/infra projects.

Candidate should have 8+ years in treasury, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and professional certification (CPA/CMA/ACCA/SOCPA). ERP expertise (Dynamics/SAP/Oracle) is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Mandatory professional certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA, SOCPA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in treasury, cash management.
• Experience in telecom/EPC/infrastructure or project-driven settings.
• Strong cash management, liquidity planning and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash positions, liquidity management, and funding planning.
• Prepare forecast cycles: daily, weekly, monthly cash flow projections.
• Monitor cash balances, inflows/outflows, working capital movements.
• Manage and optimize banking relationships and facilities.
• Oversee reconciliations and treasury transaction recording.
• Develop short-to-long term liquidity plans aligned with growth.
• Improve cash conversion and optimize supplier/payment cycles.
• Coordinate treasury with Finance, Procurement, PMO and execs.
• Manage guarantees, LC, and other banking instruments.
• Ensure treasury reporting and support audits and initiatives.
• Drive ERP optimization and treasury automation initiatives.
