The role requires 12+ years in finance/treasury with leadership in complex environments, plus experience in cross-border transfers, FX, and international banking; professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA or ACCA are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in finance, treasury, financial operations, or related areas.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial operations, treasury, finance or banking, with leadership in senior roles.
• Strong cash management, forecasting, liquidity management and banking operations expertise.
• Experience with international financial transfers and cross-border payments.
• Advanced knowledge of FX, multi-currency transactions and exchange rate mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of policies, internal controls and financial governance.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial systems, reporting tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with FinTech solutions and automation in financial operations.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multi-country, multinational financial services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily financial operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and policy compliance.
• Develop cash flow forecasts, liquidity plans and cash management strategies.
• Oversee bank accounts, reconciliations, payments and disbursements.
• Manage international transfers and cross-border payment processes.
• Oversee FX operations including currency conversions and exchange mechanisms.
• Optimize banking and payment processes for timely, secure transactions.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls and governance.
• Prepare and review financial reports and analyses for senior management.
• Drive automation and improvements across financial operations.
• Lead ERP implementations and digitalization of financial processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify risks and implement controls and mitigations.
• Lead and develop the financial operations team.
