Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Transition Manager to support the management and coordination of transition projects, ensuring governance, applying the correct tools and meeting client requirements while fostering an innovative, collaborative team culture focused on operational excellence.

The role is on-site in Riyadh, requiring leadership of cross-functional teams, risk planning, testing, training, and change activities, with strong client communication throughout complex transitions in a global IT

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and standards (Waterfall and Agile).
• Business and commercial acumen with strategic thinking.
• Ability to develop and enhance client and stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of IT industry and transition management approaches.
• Ability to construct plans and schedules with pricing information.
• Ability to interpret, deconstruct and contribute to contract collateral.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements, runs, governs and controls transition programs from inception through to completion.
• Manages risk and ensures testing, training and change management activities.
• Undertakes due diligence to determine client requirements.
• Plans and manages execution of service and outsource transition projects.
• Establishes relationships with client stakeholders and engages regularly.
• Plans and coordinates client engagement sessions and facilitates them.
