Job summary

Jumpino in Ta'if is seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor / Team Leader to help keep the trampoline park running smoothly and to lead by example on the park floor. You will guide the team, ensure guest safety, and deliver a fun, memorable experience for every visitor.

You will coordinate daily operations, monitor equipment and cleanliness, and support onboarding and training of new team members. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous team-leader or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and safety awareness.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Active and engaged on the trampoline park floor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members on the park floor.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure procedures are followed.
• Serve as the main contact for guest questions or issues.
• Support staff training and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment checks, and park presentation.
