Job summary

GDC ME in Riyadh is seeking a Training Manager (TMO) to oversee all training programs and OJT coordinators at KAA and DAA. The role leads the development and implementation of the training management system (TMS) and the incorporation of a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the overall training program.

Candidates should hold an Associate's Degree and have at least eight years of training management experience (Army).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years training management experience (Army). (DD214 required to verify)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to be used in the preparation of reports, charts, and other required products.
• Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
• Must be able to pass a driver's license test.

• Oversee and manage all training programs and OJT coordinators.
• Develop and implement the training management system (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) to reduce wasted resources while enhancing the overall training program.
