Job summary

GDC-ME seeks a senior Aviation Institute operations professional in Riyadh to assist the Aviation Institute Director in overseeing training programs, maintenance, and staff mentorship. You will coordinate with OPM-SANG and AVN personnel, ensuring safe, compliant operations aligned with contracts.

The role requires extensive management experience in austere Middle East environments, strong communication, and proven ability to lead organizational plans and procedures.

Qualifications

• 15 years combined experience in management, overseeing contract experience, and working in an austere environment.
• Middle East experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in rotary wing Aviation operations, maintenance, and logistics.
• Demonstrated past performance and experience in leading an organizational staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Demonstrated past performance in developing organizational plans, policies, and operational procedures.
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer professionally and courteously.
• Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
• Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
• Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Aviation Institute Director in executing tasks required for the Aviation Institute in support of MNG AVN, including English Language Training, Flight Training, Technical Training, OJT, and mentorship.
• Serve as the Director's liaison with OPM-SANG and MNG AVN personnel.
• Ensure aviation institute operations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized with contractual requirements.
• Ensure operations are conducted in a safe and effective manner.
• In the Director's absence, serve as Aviation Institute Director.
