Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operational support of training programs, including training plan formulation, execution tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure training courses are conducted on time and meet business needs.
• Manage training-related data, regularly output operational reports, and propose optimization suggestions.
• Assist in establishing and improving training processes and standards to enhance training operational efficiency.
